I've been an automotive technician since 2010. I graduated from Universal Technical Institute with a 3.94 GPA, and attained five ASE and four EPA certifications while attending. My experience ranges from independent shops to high-level technical maintenance in the United States Army. Challenging electrical problems are my specialty, but my training allows me to complete repairs on almost any car. He was available a little bit early, this was good for me. He was prepared, professional and friendly Took time to explain situation, and we made tentative plans for more work, based on need. I was able to view the old parts, can't usually do that at a shop. I chose this service because of price (the estimated cost, which is what I Paid! ) and the convenience. I had one shop (the same one) estimate the cost at $450 then 2 days later estimate $650. I saved nearly $400! (engine mount replacement) I have already started recommending Keith and the service.
Keith was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how the CKP works and replaced a hard-to-get-to part in a snap. He also answered many of my concerns I had with my 2008 Jeep Patriot. I will definitely use YourMechanic in the future.
Keith was initially scheduled to arrive at 2 PM. He called around 10:00 am and asked if he could make it at around 12:30 pm. I agreed and Keith arrived on time. I found him to be extremely professional, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. He got to work immediately. As my car is a bit on the older side, it was a challenge to get some of the old parts removed and the new ones added, but that didn't seem to worry Keith in the slightest. He handled it all like a pro. I would definitely use Keith again. You should too, whether you have used Your Mechanic before or not.

He came to check on reinstalling a belt that was town. It was determined that the water pump was frozen. The Vin. number indicated that it was a 2.2 engine but the name tag in the hood and the vehicle info showed that it was a 2.0 motor. He called the office and they insisted it was a 2.2 motor. The motor IS A 2.0. We pulled the diagram of on the web and verified it was a 2.0. The office said because the Vin indicated 2.2 the could not work on it. I worked for Ford and know Vin are not always correct. I am very disappointed in the overall service!!

Had Brake rotors/pads changed, pads became loose after two weeks and all the drama with Your mechanic started about warranty claims, one of the worst service I ever had after thinking so much.
It was great!!! He showed up early and even checked my spark plugs for me upon request for free :)
