Arrived on time, quickly finished service. Found a few things that he cleaned up --- I am not a car person so don't exactly recall, but there was a random clip somewhere in the engine and a plug was missing from an oil change he thought. Very professional. For example, Robert came to my office so I couldn't come meet him immediately when he started/finished due to work, and he was very patient and understanding.
