Really nice and helpful - he couldn't fix our issue (it has to be fixed by the dealership due to being a recall issue), but he diagnosed the issue, went over everything for us, AND showed up early to an appointment we were forced to reschedule when the last mechanic refused to show up. Fantastic service! I was stranded in Davis due to starter issues and there were no available mechanics around to replace my starter.
