Alex was late due to traffic - this a big city and that stuff happens - but he kept me informed (the dealer doesn't do that, to they?) and it was not a problem. He was quick, clean and efficient, and his service was 70% cheaper than the dealer's price. As part of the service, he did a overview of maintenance needs on the car (none) and spotted a minor repair I wouldn't have caught. Alex called before arriving, sent pictures (and video) of the work he was doing. More importantly, he showed me (video) a worn part that I would have no way of knowing about until it failed. Alex has worked on our vehicles repeatedly, has always been communicative about what he finds and let's me know what to look out for down the road. That type of mechanic trust is essential if you're maintaining older vehicles, vehicles outside of warranty, or - most importantly - vehicles that do a lot of road time.
