James is like hoping to hire a cook and getting a chef! Remarkable mechanic and person. Warm, friendly, courteous and above all knowledgeable. If he was a roofer I'd hire him even if I didn't need new shingles. Singularly the most wonderful experience I've had with any public contact individual in years. I can't imagine ever, ever having my automobile serviced any other way again. To top it all off - I didn't have to go to James, he came to me. Simply - this guy is GOOD. I can't wait to recommend him to others.

This guy is easily in the top 10 people I've ever had known. Attitude, integrity, friendliness, concern, work results are just the smallest tip of a the "great person" iceberg. I hate to gush over an individual but, in this case, the man and his performance is totally justified. Should you be fortunate enough to have James take your car into his highly capable care you will have done yourself a great favor. On his most recent visit he advised me I did not need some work I had scheduled, thereby saving me a few hundred bucks. I'm sure it was a negative to his wallet while a positive to mine. I loved the experience with your mechanic (David). He was out to provide me with a diagnostic of leaking coolant. The tech was easy to talk to and very polite and professional. I had a lot of questions and he was nice enough to answer them and advise me of things to do to insure that all would properly work correctly and also sent me a breakdown/quote with what I needed in order to move to the next step.
