I cannot say good enough words to describe the experience with James. He came on time, did a great assessment of the problem of the car, made me save money, was incredibly kind and generous to provide extra service for free, and he even came with me to the Auto Parts Shop before doing the extra work for FREE UNDER RAIN!!! A rare, very rare!!! case of quality customer service. I wish I had met him much earlier! Do use James for what you need. I will certainly call him again and again and again when needed.
