Hired timothy to do all 4 brake pads, he came out with parts, did an inspection, found my pads werent bad after all. So all he charged for was the inspection. Then he gave me a lot of prioritised advice, i will definitely have him back to do the work as i can afford it. Thanks

I marked Timothy arriving on time. Actually, he was 20 minutes late but he communicated properly that he was going to be late and when he was in transit. That was acceptable to me. He proceeded with the analysis without getting distracted by my frequent questions and comments. I basically only needed the oil change service but I appreciate having a to-do list with further needed repairs as I can afford them. The service is a needed alternative to dealer and independent shops, which are loaded with facility and management overhead. Keep up the good work.
