Michael was great! We have a newer car in with the battery is located in a place where your average joe cannot replace it. You must take things apart just to get to the battery. Michael was able to get the job done easily and then went the extra mile to ensure our remote start was working again since it had lost its programming because of the bad battery. We have more stuff to take care of over time and will make sure we go through this site and Michael again.

Had a problem with the car cutting off after 3 minutes. As soon as Raymond arrived he asked some questions before I could explain what was happening. He said it was the crank shaft position sensor and he was right!! Raymond had it replaced in no time. I am thankful for his expertise in automotives.

Max was extremely polite and helpful, even calling before he came and showed up as expected. He was clean and all his tools were clean, which speaks to his character and workmanship. He changed my brakes quickly (on my Honda Civic 2007) and he gave me a quick lesson on maintenance. I walked away with a better sense of my car's overall health and really appreciated that. He showed me my old brakes and showed the wear and tear. He didn’t pressure me to change out my rear brakes but said they were “good”, at about 50%. Didn’t push other services and also helped me top off my coolant which I was bought online, but never got to doing it. Definitely recommended!
