Went to the dealership to investigate 2 check engine light items. After 2 days without my vehicle, the dealership claimed they will charge me half the value of the vehicle to fix it. Never again. Rich showed up right on time. The communication prior to him showing was excellent. I appreciated that having had practically none with the dealership. Rich was a 20+ year experienced mechanic. What I liked about that was he had the "old school" ways of auto repair as well as the newer computerized version. So as far as I'm concerned, I got better than the dealership could offer in the mechanic and he came right to my door. Can't beat that. Thank you, Rich.

Juston arrived just on time. Introduced himself kindly.. He is very professional, nice, and understanding. His performance was quick and efficient, explained what he did and how it's running. He replaced an alternator, oil change and filter, air filter and tire rotation in 2 hrs. AWESOME if you ask me. And he checked all fluids and battery. GREAT GUY AND SERVICE.
