Unless you know someone, that knows someone, it's difficult to find a mechanic that you feel you can trust. I was fortunate enough to stumble across "Your Mechanic" while seeking a quote for services needed on my Ford F150. Steve Trujillo was my mechanic. He was prompt, courteous, professional and most of all knowledgeable. Steve performed several services on my truck and I believe it's running better now than when it was new.

Goes out of his way to make sure the customer understands all excellent communication skills so the customer feels good in knowing that he/she understands the issues. If I ever need auto work again, Jacob will be my first and only choice PERIOD!! As to "Your Mechanic as business- first glass, way to go. I will recommend any one to this site and recommend Jacob!!

As a certified master technician for many years this has been one of the most publicized problems seen by me and my colleagues in the field. There are a multitude of suggestions, comments, lawsuits, fixes, complaints and none will help...
What is making this noise?
Answered by Jay
Your description of engine knocking at idle with your 2007 Ford F-150 5.4 Triton engine is a common complaint for owners of this engine. I recommend you have a certified mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, do some preliminary checks to...
