William was on time and very knowledgeable about autos. He explained what he was going to do and got to work. Before long William called me to come out. He did a 50 point inspection, changed my rear brakes and took a test drive. William went over the results of the 50 point inspection and gave me maintenance reminders. I definitely will have William come back and complete any other maintenance issues when needed.
