Based on the power steering results of the VAS diagnostic check on my VW indicated the repairs could only be done by the dealership; Peter still told the time to thoroughly evaluate my car to make sure there was nothing that he could do to make repairs. He also took the time to explain exactly what I needed to do before taking my car to the dealership and if the dealership had any questions to please have them contact Yourmechanic. If anyone is looking for a mechanic, I highly recommend requesting Peter Pryke for the job!

Eric was very nice but he could not fix the problem I got a second opinion and it’s showed that he put the alternator in wrong and it was a cheep alternator this is absolutely disappointing and you guys wanted to send somebody else out to do another diagnosis and charge me again for a “new issue”. I will never use this company again. Absolutely a ripoff

Seems like a nice guy from the little I spoke with him, but I have had my car for 5 years and I have NEVER paid $150 for an oil change before. Never paid 150 for oil change and filter replacement either! This service claims to be priced the same as going to the shop but obviously that’s a lie. Even if extra oil was required I’ve still not paid this much before!
