Car would not start so I booked Paul to come out for a diagnosis. He arrived on time, was extremely polite, and he was able to answer all my questions easily. Turns out it was a dead battery, and he was able to jump the car. Afterwards he offered to follow me to the nearest store to purchase a battery. I think that was above and beyond customer service etiquette. His job was finished, and even though we didn't know where the closest store was located, he offered to follow me in case something happened. I think that's pretty impressive. Thanks Paul.
