Bryan called me when he finished up early on previous appointments (huge plus!!) I had him come right over. He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. After a brief introduction and a run down of the problem, I handed him the keys and he got to work. He finished the job in a timely manner and explained to me the problem and the solution. He left the car spotless as well. He then went over several recommendations for future maintence. Bryan is a true professional and someone I would recommend to others and gladly have work on my car again. He is a credit to your organization. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
