Charles had to reschedule the 1st time, but he did it well in advance so we were able to reschedule without major pain... He also called me to let me know the quote I got from the website stated regular oil but that our manufacturer recommended fully synthetic and he wanted to make sure I knew. We went ahead with fully synthetic. While he was in my driveway, he wasted no time and stared working right away. Took his time and didn't rush... AT ALL! Would def. Use him again!

Answers to common Acura questions

Actuator not opening trunk
Answered by Mia
Since the trunk lid solenoid is working, it sounds like the latch or actuator needs to be replaced. There are also two ways to open the trunk if the key fob or dash button don't work. Pull the "T" shaped...
Seat heater not working.
Answered by Evan
Having an inoperative heated seat is not out of the ordinary. Most times the heater grid in the seat goes bad. Generally this happens over time just due to the fact that getting in and out of the seat flexes...
Car overheats after replacing radiator
Answered by Rocco
While there could be a few different causes that could lead to a vehicle overheating after a repair, it sounds like your Acura TL may have had an issue where air was left in the cooling system after the radiator...
AC is not blowing cold air
Answered by James
Hi. Generally, a silvery look to the oil indicates metal particles in the oil system. If this occurred when the oil compressor failed and the system was not thoroughly flushed, then the metal particles can wear the pistons and walls...
