I highly recommend YourMechanic and I give Joseph, in particular, five stars. He is amazing. Along with many years of experience, he cares about people. He was courteous and kind (even funny!) and he let me know in advance that he would be checking to ensure that the specific parts were available since I booked late and the car is old. He’s really respectful of your time. He let me know when he had the parts and was on his way. Joseph took the time to explain everything once he arrived and made sure I was happy with the repair. I will definitely contact YourMechanic for future repairs and will definitely request Joseph to be my mechanic. I have already recommended to my friends and family.
