I am very pleased with the brake job that Omar and his brother did on my car. They arrived earlier than the appointment time (which was no problem) and finished before the suggested amount of time for this job to be completed. I will definitely ask for them for any future automotive needs.

It went well and he feels the problem is still with the actuator....probably a defective part. He indicated that he would need to reschedule with us. We have not heard from him yet and I guess I will probably need to reschedule it again myself.

Omar was Excellent! He's easily one of the best mechanics I've encountered on Your Mechanic! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! He called to let us know when his was on the way and called again to let us know he arrived. He described everything to us that was being performed on the vehicle. 5 Stars! Now we have brand new brake pads and rotors!

So, I was a bit apprehensive to use this service since I had never heard of it before. But thought I would try it because of the convenience factor. So I was extremely happy. Omar showed up and was professional polite and most of all highly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went through a series of checks and balances and gave me tips on how to prevent other issues in the future. Since the part was not readily available he left and came back the next day and quickly installed my part. This guy sure knows his way around a car and I could not be more pleased with his work and of course the convenience factor. He was so thorough and quick and most of all reasonable. Omar immediately diagnosed the problem with the broken door handle and while it was not possible to repair the part, he told me where I could find a replacement door handle online for the best price. I found the right one exactly where he said I would and I got it for less than $10. He promised to come back and install it once it arrives.

Great was on time, did a wonderful job explaining the issues, and was able to start the car. Would defiantly recommend. A pleasure to do business with.
