Michael showed up on time and also sent me a text asking politely if he should wait or if he should pull into the driveway. He was polite and answered all of my questions with patience. He completed the task on time and I could not have asked for anything better. Good timely service. I will definitely book more appointments with Michael in future.

Angelo is a PRO. You want him to work on your vehicle. Very accomplished and experienced on lots of brands. Has done same plug change on my model vehicle many times and made sure it was perfect. Also gave me some advice on other things to keep an eye on to keep my truck running at its best. He gets my highest recommendation.

Angelo is a highly-experienced and well-qualified automotive technician. I talked to him in depth while he was working on my order. He has access to all the parts he feels that he will need to do the job, and will bring them with him in most cases. Since I am retired, I have the choice in going to the dealership and waiting, or calling Angelo and his associates in which case I can remain at home while he works outside. He had all of the necessary tools and support systems required to complete the job on his service truck.

Well the car wouldn’t turn on so he couldn’t do the full inspection, but he gave his honest opinion about the car purchase. If the car won’t turn on, not a good sign. Glad it happened when he went to check and not some random time in the future.

Answers to common Ford questions

Q: Paint is peeling off all over, will it rust?
Answered by Andrew
First, I would recommend going to your local Ford dealership for a rust inspection. Other Escape owners have experienced similar issues, and if yours is similar enough, it may be covered by Ford. Ford covering the damages is the best...
Q: I have a spark plug stuck in the motor
Answered by Jay
As a certified master technician for many years this has been one of the most publicized problems seen by me and my colleagues in the field. There are a multitude of suggestions, comments, lawsuits, fixes, complaints and none will help...
Q: Paint problems like bubbles and rust, not an old car
Answered by Jay
Have a certified Ford dealership look at the hood to determine the cause and suggest the best course of action to take. If the dealer corrosion warranty does not cover the repair, then another course of action is to have...
Q: Engine stalls out for no reason, what’s wrong?
Answered by Leo
