Roberto was very professional, an excellent communicator and quite a nice guy. Not being mechanically minded myself, I cannot remember any time when I've felt more comfortable talking with a technician regardless of profession. I should add that through his diligence and expertise Roberto was able to determine that the assessment provided by another mechanic was in error. In so doing he saved me time, frustration and money.
