This was my first time using "Your Mechanic" service, and I will be using this service on all of my service trucks. I actually had two of my trucks serviced by Brian Wolff today. Brian did a great job he wasn't pushy at all but mentioned that two belts on one of my trucks will be needing attention, a brake light was out, and recommended replacing the windshield wipers on the trucks I liked that he called as well as text me about heading my way with his ETA I like that "My Mechanic" came to my door, and I was not wasting my Saturday sitting in a long inline in an "Oil & Lube" shop parking, lot or sitting in a lobby smelling burnt coffee;-( Two thumbs up and 5 stars from me!!!

Mark arrived right on time. We discussed the problem I was having with my wipers not working. Mark did a thorough investigation and narrowed down the problem to either a faulty wiper motor or more likely I will need a new switch on the steering wheel turn signal arm. He will send an estimate and we'll go from there.

Mark arrived again on time and started working on my wiper problem. He found the culprit to be a faulty wiper motor connector. One of the wires wasn't fully engaged. He fixed it temporarily, but recommended replacing it. The original fix was not necessary, so this new fix will cost much less. Thanks Mark.
