He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me what he was doing and explained the process. He went through a few tests and ruled out all but the problem. He had the tools he needed and the understanding of how to isolate the issue at hand. I have never had a mobile mechanic but it was a great experience. It also saved me the cost of towing. It was a simple fix but he also gave me a good cost to do the repair work for the company.

Rico was fantastic. I had order my part from auto zone and was waiting for FedEx to deliver it. Rico had arrived before FedEx did and he was willing to wait for it and while waiting I made dinner and offered him a plate.
