Very thorough!! Walked me through step by step of the problems associated with the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. His knowledge on different car models shows greatly as well as his experience. He informed me about a thumping noise that the engine makes upon start and warned me to be cautious of it. He advised to not purchase the car if the dealership does not handle the problem. Same great quality and professionalism. As a former dealership apprentice worker, I can safely say without bias that this mechanic does outstanding work. He's prudent, detail oriented, and also quite a car enthusiast (his hobby is also performance tuning/custom cars as well). Now, more specifically, there are several procedures to ensure when a power steering service is performed that the system must not run on dry on too little PS fluid. His PS flush procedure did ensure the system never ran dry as well as not creating any mess at all. He was quick, yet very careful and thorough for the whole procedure. In Summary, I highly recommend him and I will request him in the future for more of my car's service.
