He actually arrived a little early. The app they use is amazing as you can watch his progress getting to you. It also texted me when he arrived. James was excellent and very personable and told me interesting things about my car I didn't know. He was highly experienced and had been in this field for many years. I would highly recommend this service. I needed a battery and loved the service and especially not having to wait hours for someone to fix it at a shop. Terrance was very professional and friendly. He talked to me about my service before he began to make sure he understood exactly what I was expecting. I had to get my oil pan replaced. Terrance showed up right on time with all of the tools needed. The job took longer than expected (b/c of the placement of the oil pan), but he stuck it out until the very end and didn't charge me anything more. Very nice guy and I would definitely hire him again.
