Eduardo arrived at 8am right on the dot, and was working on my car within a few minutes. He was finished with my Sonic in about 30 minutes, which was shocking, because with how cramped everything is in my car's engine bay, I figured replacing the drive belt tensioner was going to take at least an hour or more. He handed me my old tensioner, had me sign, and he was on his way. An excellent mechanic that I would definitely recommend, and also one I would re-book again for future work!

I just moved to Texas from Atlanta and my car broke down. I never used YourMechanic before, and was a little skeptical. original apt was for 10-2 at 3:15, but Quentin was unable to get the alternator. He did text me in a timely fashion informing me the part would be available in the morning on 10-3. He said he would get to my house around 10:30, earlier if possible. He texted me the next morning and did arrive 30 minutes early. The alternator was replaced very quickly and he then charged my battery. There were no surprise fees. He did suggest I replace my battery soon, but there was no pressure from him to let him do it. When driving to work the "check engine " light came on. I texted Quentin and he replied in a timely manner. He suggested it could be the computer needs resetting. He also suggested I go to a certain auto parts house and get a diagnostics run at no charge. I am extremely pleased with Quentin and My Mechanic.
