My overall experience was good. Genaro arrived a bit late but I have no complaints with that because he kept me informed about his arrival time and did not make me wait for him or call him to find out his ETA. Break pads on the two front tires were changed in a reasonable time and he answered all my questions (generic and specific to the break pad job). He came with all the parts and tools and knew what to do. I have no complaints with this repair and therefore I think it deserves a 5-star.

I had a starter replaced for my corolla and he got it done faster than I had anticipated. There is no doubt that he is very proficient in what he does. Terry got the work done to fix my stalled car in front of the restaurant on a very cold day. He was very professional and thorough. He went thru all the checks to make sure it wasn't just the fuses and electrical issues that caused the car not to start before eventually replacing the starter. What really impressed me was even though he was inadvertently given the wrong address and had to unnecessarily drive almost 2 hours round trip and it was getting late in the evening, he never once got upset, was apologetic, and did not blame it on the customer nor his company. Great guy! I would trust him for any future repairs on my cars.
