Tracy called me the night before my appointment to introduce himself and go over the work I needed--on the day of the appointment, he showed up right on time (in fact, a bit early which was great) and again went over the work. He communicated everything clearly so I understood perfectly. He discovered what was wrong, and although my truck needs just a bit more work than what I thought, he didn't make any unnecessary recommendations and gave me a full diagnostic of my truck!
