He was 3 hours late. He stayed 5 minutes, paid $85. His prior Jon for rack and pinion went over by 3 hours. He seems like a great guy, but if felt like I was paying for the last repair job with my time and money because he spent that hour on another job. I know the part I need now and will probably do the repair myself.

Great Mechanic!!! I could tell this guy knows what he is talking about. I just had a timing belt replacement, and he found another issue ...showed me all the codes... and gave me the option of canceling the timing belt to take care of the new issue. For maintenance sake I chose for him to continue the belt replacement. Very honest guy...No BS. He left my old parts as well, which was a great additional sign that the work was truly done. Can’t really say enough about this guy. Would definitely recommend and will be booking in the near future. Thank you William!!!!

Andy did excellent job, replaced the pump, checked everything, topped all fluids which were very low ( at no charge!), pointed to some areas that needed attention and explained what can wait and what should be done first and why. Spend 30 minutes extra (at no charge!) just explaining and answering all my questions. Excellent customer service and very professional work. Will recommend Andy to all my friends!!!!!
