Shaun was very likable and friendly and thorough but, he diagnosed a problem that the dealer failed to find. The dealing wanted $850 for fix a problem that didn't exist. Shaun immediately ordered the part, picked it up and repaired the problem for a fraction of that the dealer wanted to repair a nonexistent problem.
