Thanks for those details.
Since 2 keys will not turn and the steering is not locked. This means the tumblers in the ignition cylinder are worn out. You will need to replace the cylinder and the new cylinder will need to built with tumblers to match your 2 current keys so programming will not be needed. A locksmith can come to you and perform this.

Thats what I figured. Where Can I get the cylinder as I plan on doing it myself?

It would be best to use a part from your local dealer. You need to take your key and or vin#, so they can get your the key cut code or install the correct tumblers for you.
