Q: Transmission not shifting properly

asked by on

My transmission is not shifting properly.

Hi there. Unfortunately, this is a very common problem on this vehicle. Honda had a series of issues with the transmission in your vehicle that resulted in a series of recalls and technical service bulletins. At this point though, your vehicle would no longer be applicable for any of these due to its age. You will more than likely need a new transmission. I would enlist the assistance from a certified mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, that has the tools to inspect the transmission issue.
