The entire car is shaking.

What do u mean by misfire?

Ok. This sounds very much like you have a malfunctioning coil pack. The coil pack is what causes the [spark plug](/topics-spark-plug-toyota/) to spark. If one coil is malfunctioning, the engine is only running on 3 of the 4 cylinders. Now, to determine which of the coil packs are faulty, you need to get a scan of the car's computer. The scan will dictate whichj coil pack needs to be replaced. The blue dust is battery acid leaking out of the battery. This would need to be cleaned off and the battery terminals cleaned also. Most auto parts stores perform scans; they can assist you with which coil needs replaced.
