Q: Tire sliding?

asked by on December 09, 2016

I slid into a curb with my right back tire as I was driving to the store, I parked and went in, when I came back out about 10 minutes later and turned my car on my ABS light came on after driving about 50 feet. Steering feels normal, but the tire i hit i think is sliding rather than rolling. I was only going 10-15km/h. I drove home and i had to drive up a slight hill, and it felt like my back tire was not rotating while driving up the hill. at the red light i stopped and punt my car into 3rd gear and continued driving home and it felt fine but i put it back into drive as i was pulling into my driveway and it felt like it was sliding. in the snow on the ground that tire made sliding marks, while the other back tire made tread marks. did i bend something? what could be the issue?
My car has an automatic transmission.
