Q: The turn indicators are not blinking, they just turn on. And the hazard lights are not working at all..

Hi, My 2006 Mazda 6 turn indicators not blinking, they just turn on. And the hazard (double indicators) not working at all.. Can it be the flasher or the bcm?
My car has an automatic transmission.
