Car stalls when I slow down to stop at lights or stop signs.

I believe you are are experiencing a problem with your idle air control valve or IAC valve. This valve opens and closes to regulate the speed of the engines idle. If this valve is sticking or gets stuck, you can experience stalling issues when coming to a stop. I would ask for help from a mechanic to diagnose your engine and confirm this to fix your concern.
