Q: Replacing driver's seat

asked by on

Driver's side bucket seat is broken, I'd like to know how to tell what kind of seat I can replace it with.

My car has 215000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Hi there, thanks for writing in. You can use the same bucket seat out of any GM truck whether it is a GMC or Chevrolet from the years of late 1989 all of the way up to 1998. This can be any of the full size trucks or large SUV’s. Some electrical may need to be spliced but otherwise it is a good fit.
