The radiator fan is not turning, and the air conditioning fan is not turning. It also won't hold refrigerant.

Hello. A broken compressor is the most likely cause when the radiator and air conditioning fans don’t turn. However, there are other causes for the fans to not turn such as fuses, relay, or wiring to the fans. Also, the car not holding refrigerant would mean that there is a leak in the A/C system that would need to be diagnosed and repaired by a certified technician.
