Q: Power window broken

asked by on

The power window doesn't work from the passenger side.

A: If your passenger window works from the dri...

If your passenger window works from the drivers window switch only, then the window lock switch on the drivers door needs to be checked to see if it locks and unlocks to the other doors. If it works properly for the back door windows, then the most likely cause is the passenger window switch. If the window lock is locking out all the passenger front and rear windows all the time, then the driver lock out switch needs to be checked. I recommend having a certified mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, test your vehicle's windows and perform the needed repairs.
