So your new radio is asking for a security code? Can you provide me with the exact radio details? Send me a picture of the box that the radio came in? This issue is not with your vehicle, it's with the radio.

I don't have here with me it's with my car down a mechanic shop that's where it at nowBut the mechanic don't work on electric warring in vehicle

No problem. If the new radio is asking for a code then we definitely have an issue with the radio. There is nothing in the vehicle that will make the radio request a code, that function is internal in the radio. You need your mechanic to read through the installation manual to see the code setting procedure, but a new radio should not require a code out of the box. Best option would be to return the radio and have them give you a new unit. I’m glad that I was able to answer your question today. My goal is to ensure you receive a 5 STAR experience.
