Parking brake light came on while driving now it is off and lught doesnt come on when parking brake is on but comes on at startup

My car has 85000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

This may suggest that your brake pads are worn and due to be replaced or that you have a leak somewhere in your brake hydraulic system. The brake reservoir has a sensor inside that detects when the brake fluid reaches a certain point which generally indicates that it is time to replace the pads. As your pads wear thinner and thinner over time, the brake lines require more and more brake fluid to maintain the same amount of hydraulic pressure in the brake lines. As a result, the brake fluid level sensor will trigger a warning light indicating that the brake fluid level is low. I would recommend having an expert from YourMechanic come to your location to diagnose your braking system to determine what may be causing this light to come on.

What kind of sealant if any do i need for the oil filter adapter gasket
I would not recommend using any sealer other than Ultra Grey by Permatex (http://www.amazon.com/Permatex-82194-High-Torque-Silicone-Gasket/dp/B000HBGI8K/ref=as_sl_pc_qf_sp_asin_til?tag=yourme-20&linkCode=w00&linkId=763b0270181ebca0da9672ff5c47ea51&creativeASIN=B000HBGI8K). It sounds like you may have an axle seal (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/axle-shaft-seal-replacement) leaking. This may or may not have been caused by the axle replacement, or the seal could simply be hard and brittle. Any seal can become hard and brittle over...
My car shuts down while driving - 2006 Kia Rio
Hi there. Assuming this is not a misfire you are feeling and the computer has not recognized a misfire, this would lead me to believe a there is an electrical fault. Possibly a faulty ECM (engine control module) relay (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/ecm-power-relay-replacement)...
