It's coming from the front everytime I accelerate the sounds is loudI just bought the car Friday at a buy here and pay here

That year Altima had issues with the exhaust manifolds cracking and making noise in that area , we replace the exhaust manifold to fix that issue .

it might be the exhaust manifold
