What else could cause power steering problems

Hard steering

are you getting noise also ? There is a pressure solenoid on the steering rack that controls the pressure and power assist . that can fail and cause issues

I was getting pressure hose was changed.

Okay if changed it must have had a leak at one time they can leak at the high side pressure hose

The pressure hose was changed today due to a leak.It isnt making noise now but very hard to steer

If not leaking could be a solenoid issue

I would use a scan tool and check the solenoid operation Before you start replacing more parts I would have it inspected correctly could be a electrical issue also .
