Q: My key will not enter the ignition

asked by on January 28, 2018

My key will not enter the ignition. The steering wheel is locked, and the anti-theft lock seems to be engaged. The electronic components of the key work, but the key itself is blocked from entering the ignition.
My car has an automatic transmission.
