Q: My alternator is broken I need to know what amp it is and can't find it on old one

asked by on

I need to replace my alternator & cant find what amp it is

My car has 88000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

The only alternator listed for this car is a 150 amp. These alternators are controlled by the engine powertrain computer. It is recommended to get the computer scanned for codes to complete diagnosis of the alternator.
