Q: My 1989 crown victoria loses the power assist after its been driven for a while and warmed up and only when you are trying to park

my fluid level is fine, it does not get low even though my son looked underneath and said that the steering line is wet, i had the power steering pump replaced a little over a year ago and the steering issue started about a month after it was installed.

My car has 75000 miles.
