Alright, Does it seem like the engine rev's up more and the vehicle speed doesn't respond like it should? if so, the transmission could be slipping, with no check engine light on, it could also be fuel pressure related, or the exhaust could be clogged up. In my opinion, it is probably one of those things, Did your mechanic test drive it and if so, did he say anything was abnormal? or did it drive alright for him? Thank you!

Alright, if it tests drives good for him, and has no warning lights, then I wouldn't worry about it to much, maybe run some different grade or brand fuel through it, and until it does it more often or gets worse to where your mechanic can diagnose it, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Thank you !
