so the bumper is 400 installed and the light usually you want to get those in pairs which is 350 is you want the single light its 250 but they wont match from the aging which will jist look like a old and new light.

yes parts and labor above but it looks like they will need to do some work with that fender as well maybe a extra 2 hours to get it bent back into place
