I would suspect a failing ECM, it could also be an electrical failure. I would get it hooked up to a live data scanner if it's happening every 20 minutes it shouldn't be to hard to show something on a live read, with or without codes.

Engine Control unit or module it’s called both but hopefully it’s a simple as that and it gets back running good for you quickly
