Q: I have a brand new , never used car , it starts but will turn off a few min. into driving

I suspect my husband did something to my brand new car because we are going thru a divorce and these are the kind of things he does , hence why were divorcing . The car will start but will stop running a few minutes into driving . I dont know too much about cars but i know this car is brand new , never used before me and ive only had it for 2 months tops . What could the issue be ? And is there a way i could fix this myself
