Q: Car does not start

I have a 2009 rogue and my roommates moved my car 2 times to pull out driveway and they said it worked fine then when I went out it didn't start, put gas, still nothing, def not battery everything is powered on, fuel pump is coming on and stuff, no clicking noises for starter, it tried to crank but just won't, my husband pulled oil stick out and it was kinda loose but not milky no smoke never ran hot I'm so confused can't get to a code reader either please help me.
