I am currently, as of June 27, 2017 3:22 p.m. Tuesday in the process of placing back a harmonic balancer on an 05 pt cruiser turbo. I can only go so far as the crank is starting to move. To put the harmonic balancer back...i used the longer bolt method then the original bolt to finish the job. As i said....i can only go so far because the crank is now moving when I turn the bolt. I need roughly 1/4 to 3/8 inch to go so the balancer will be completely on and the balancer and other pulleys can line up. How can i finish the job without the crank rotating?

Transmission is hard to change over after overheating due to a ruptured radiator hose.
